Reflections of a Rat Bast*rd

This shout-out goes to Roman Polanski, Woody Allen, Harvey Weinstein, Bill Cosby, Aziz Ansari, Louis C.K., and Neil Degrasse Tyson, and all the rest of you rat bastards out there.  Do you know how sick to death I am of your lame-ass denials?  Do you know how blessed you are that your victims aren’t as inclined to violence as you are?  I pray a day comes when the self-imposed moratorium on retaliatory violence ends and you’re running scared for your lives.

I tried to fit this into a proper form and rhyming but my mind just won’t go there and it needs to be posted now, before I change my mind.

story vs. story

a truth vs. a lie

when I say nobody saw it,

use your sense now

would I lie?

*

each one has their reasons

and i’m the victim here

proud of my innocence

of consequence no fear

*

because she uses crystals,

she must be crazy, see

it happened so long ago

her memories are fuzzy

*

I don’t remember her

or her or her or her

of course they

must be lying,

to my lawyer

please defer

*

don’t you see

i’m a star

and stars don’t do

such things

envious liars, every one

losers, how it stings

*

oh her, she wanted it

and so did that other one

the way her eyebrow lifted

told me she thought I was the sun

and the sun is

carte blanche gifted

*

what we have is mass hysteria

you know, alternate truths

why be a star if you can’t have

hot flesh, unconscious, with roofs

with soulless lawyers, we all skate

courts say there are no proofs

  1. Right? Everyone knows what happens to women who accuse powerful men of anything. They are mocked and humiliated and disbelieved. Called sluts and whores. Sometimes subjected to death threats. Why would ANYONE just make it up for no reason, to put herself through that public misery? Answer: no one would.
