Mr. Bump talks this week about songs he thinks of when he thinks of a past lover.
After I’d had a really bad breakup back in 2001 and thought I’d never love anyone else, I stepped into the dating scene again. The man I met was not Mr. Right, but he was Mr. Right Now and oh was he right. It was good for the few years it lasted but it never was more than a friends with benefits situation. In the end he broke it off. It wasn’t a happy time, but it wasn’t devastating either.
The song that comes to mind when I think of him is this one.
How about you? What songs do you think of when you think of a past flame?
Mr. Bump UK is the host of Tick Tock Tuesday.
I love how effortless she makes this sound. I have an album of hers.

Love this song…always have. It really sets a mood…still can’t believe her dad is Ravi Shankar.

Off Topic Lisa…
I’m reading Bruce Springsteen’s autobiography now… I think you would like it. It reads like one of his songs. He is very descriptive…I’ve never read a one like this.

Thanks for the heads-up. I saw him on “Storytellers” some years back which was really good. I can imagine his autobiography would be great.
