Rory, aka A Guy Called Bloke, has created this fun Friday feature.
A New feature for Our Friday’s Together –
The Friday Four
Good questions, Rory!
1] Do you think our society could exist without laws?
It could exist but it would look very different than it does now. However, human nature, being what it is, will always turn to law for order, but also for the more ambitious/greedy/perverted to have more than everyone else. I use George Orwell’s, “Animal Farm” as an example.
2] How important is the freedom of speech?
I like what Paula said on this one. It is important the government not curb it, but with it comes responsibility. There are categories of freedom of speech that are not protected. The ones I found:
- Obscenity
- Fighting words
- Defamation (including libel and slander)
- Child pornography
- Perjury
- Blackmail
- Incitement to imminent lawless action
- True threats
- Solicitations to commit crimes
3] How long do you think humans have left on planet earth?
I give us 100 years tops.
4] Using your mind or losing your mind, where is the fine line between madness and creativity?
There is no corrolation between madness and creativity. Creativity shall not be tethered by sanity. Where it must be tethered is when it comes to physically harming others, which means it must obey the laws for male esse (essentially evil) crimes of a culture.

Love your answers (of course!) ✨

Hey Li, great answers. Funny l was saying to Suze the other day that if our planet sees a 1000 years at the rate it is going would be a miracle. 100 years maybe quite lean. However upon saying that, with the way we have exceeded population figures, the resources are draining out, political and combat upheavals, your figure may not be as lean as first thought.

I sure hope it is more like 1000 than 100. Gaia have mercy on us all.

Reblogged this on A Guy Called Bloke and K9 Doodlepip! and commented:
Li tackles the friday Four with more than just ease, but does give us further thought for question and opinion.

How important is the freedom of speech? Really important
It’s one of the things our country is built on but too many people love loopholes and use it to do the things you mentioned…
