One said do use life
to fluff those frantic days
as if you could soar
like peach petals on sky;

languid, honey sweet
garden dress,
sleepy, lovely
spring goddess.

Question:  has anyone been having trouble with scheduling posts but they don’t post as scheduled?  This is the 2nd time it has happened.  I had this set to post this morning a 9 a.m.

    Languid is a great word.
I don’t schedule posts, but WordPress has been acting strange for awhile. I keep having to refigure out how to even get to the place where I can write a post for Kblog. Some days it works one way, some days another, sometimes it doesn’t work at all and I have to come back later. When I’m commenting it will suddenly cut me off. I think it’s even more buggy than usual. (K)

Thanks, K. I’m getting cut off on comments and then the unread comments column (whatever it is called) ends early making me have to refresh again and again. So frustrating! I’m glad the scheduling was working at least through March or it would have been a nightmare with WMM.

That’s exactly what happens to me! And when I visit blog posts often it tells me I can’t comment because I’m not logged in. I complained awhile back about both issues to the happiness engineers but they just brushed me off. It’s always our fault.

Same here with having to log in on most blogs before commenting. Do you have to log in to comment on my stuff? Awhile back someone told me how to turn that feature off in the settings but I never asked anyone to see if that worked.

Not in Reader. But if I’m on your blog, yes. It’s annoying. They gave me some gobbledygook about it being my computer’s fault and ignored the fact I told them many people had been complaining about it.

I haven’t schedualed anything since the end of last/first week of the new year… so can’t help you.

I’m still trying to figure out how to get rid of the ‘Block Comment…” I think it depends on your theme. Colleen has a good post on that. Tanka Tuesday; How to turn off… etc. But it didn’t work for me. *sigh*…

    I do enjoy spring. :)

Ah ok didn’t realize it depends on the theme, but how do you know which themes it will work for? I changed settings when I saw Colleen’s post but not sure if it worked. Also I got your email and just haven’t had a chance to reply. It’s 70 here today with bright sun and 76 in the atrium. YES!!!!!

Apparently it also depends on if you are ‘free’ or paying. Free… tough luck, your stuck.

I definitely pay. Thanks for that additional info.

A lovely verse, Lisa. Beautifully worded.

I don’t schedule posts either. But I notice in the Jetpack app when clicking on a response to my comment, the app mostly cannot place me near that particular discussion in a long stream of them so it takes a lot of scrolling to find, sometimes.

The desktop app has been super glitchy when composing or editing posts, too.

Thanks, Steve, glad you liked it. And sorry you’re having issues with WP also. It’s a time waster for sure.

My pleasure, Lisa. It can indeed be a time waster!
