I get sick of seeing McMansions protected by armed thugs contrasted against neighborhoods of broken, forgotten roads inhabited by broken, forgotten people. The Overlords do their duties by throwing pennies at them without bothering to care or to acknowledge they are to blame for the imbalance.

The aspiring-to-be prime minister is referred to by some as “Mini-MAGA.” So it could have some influence, with similar blindness here to all the social devastation you talk of in other replies. It’s a bit worrying, but not when I stay in the present. 🙃

It’s all backwards and upside down. Cut taxes for the rich and throw the poor out on the streets. Throw poor people in jail for petty crimes and let the rich who commit huge crimes off on technicalities discovered by their expensive lawyers. It’s rigged all right Donald.
