These pics were taken on 10/8 but I wanted to save the pumpkins (jack-o-lanterns) for closer to Halloween. Also including pics of some of the fall decorations with mums.
I recently bought 2 albums (one LP and one CD) of JP Hoe Music, “Hideaway” and “Mannequin.” Have only listened to each one once. My initial favorite out of this crop of tunes is “Dazed and Confused” off of the Mannequin one. There is so much to love about Hoe’s music. I love the “ahh turns” in his melodies. His lyrics aren’t ever fluff and that means something in a world increasingly composed of fluff.

My DIL took some good pics of me holding granddaughter up by the squirrel. Little guy was having the feast of his life. Yes, JP Hoe is awesome. He’s from Winnipeg.

Barbara, those carvers have gone to town. They are all over through the glow garden trails. At night they really show their magic. I hope you check out more JP Hoe music. The Dear John Letters is an album I’ve listened to over and over.

Great autumn colours. JP Hoe is from Winnipeg, Canada where I live! For many years he’s done a folk music show for Christmas, titled JP Hoe Hoe Hoe, though strangely, I’ve never made it out to it. I like his sound, too.
