Hmmmm… I had this scheduled to post at 10 a.m. and for some reason it didn’t.  Here ya go:

I’ve been taking a pictures but not taking time to crop, shrink, organize them, so some of these are in their raw state.  Hoping everyone is enjoying their Friday so far.  What are your plans for the weekend?

        I can eat ginger in almost anything. I love the chewys I get at the Asian store – I chew em daily at the gym.

              I may have to skip them if bad for teeth. I have to take care of the ones I have left. I used to take quadseng (4 kinds of ginseng in one capsule) before for energy. It’s like nitro :)

                It’s great stuff. I like the liquid panax ginseng in bottles, but you have to be careful to get the good ones.

                  I used to buy the green and white boxes of them, don’t remember the brand. It’s a nice jolt above and beyond the capsules :)
