“Sewer Socialism” defined and direct applications from Half-fast Cycling Club

I had asked Steve from Half-fast Cycling Club to define “sewer socialism” for me and he went the extra mile in doing so and giving real-life scenarios from history, particularly in Milwaukee. Please take a look at it.
