Since Ob and I were conversating on his beloved Aukso yesterday, it reminded me I haven’t posted many pics of Mlady and Dotty lately. Because both of them were vying for my attention this morning in my usual spot on the couch, I decided to change things up on them and sit in the atrium to do my joe sippin and Kobo reading (Jingo, by Terry Pratchett, and oh my goodness is it relevant to the present in the US today!) Of course the light is better in there, and the phone was beside me, so grabbed it and snapped a few pics. Click on arrow to the right of the first 2 pics to see more. The last pic stands alone.

Lounging around with your cats can be a very peaceful way to spend your day, Lisa.

Jim it’s my morning meditation, even though I didn’t get up until after noon.

So cute. Dotty reminds me a bit of one of cat ladies, Misty, named so many moons ago by my son. I guess her white and grey fur reminded him of mist.

Awwww I love it when kids name pets. Misty is a cute name.

aww Your kitties are adorable! So cute and soft and with their own personalities! You have a neat area with all those plant around, too. :)

Thanks so much, Barbara, they are their own kitties for sure. The atrium is what sold me on the place. It’s like a marriage, for better or worse ;)

I bet there were jealous feelings. They are beautiful Lisa. Martha gets jealous of Rudy all of the time but she is a good girl around him.

Max there is no end to the feline rivalry to be close to me. I wish they would get over it, but I don’t see that happening. What I don’t like is the attitude that whoever loses gets! It’s a real problem :(
I’m glad Martha doesn’t hurt Rudy. All it would take is one chomp!

We see jealousy everyday but she is getting much better. Yea they are like kids…thats what I’ve seen.
I had Rudy out in the yard and Martha came up and he was standing up…she pushed him over…he has little man syndrome…he stood up with claws out daring her LOL… he won’t let her push him around…she is smart enough to realize it and backs off.
PS…I have a post for you tomorrow. I’m posting a songwriter who battled mental issues his whole life and Vedder and Cornell loved him.

Poor Rudy! Little guy has to defend himself against the great furry behemoth! I would keep an eye on Martha at all times around Rudy. Jealousy can be a dangerous thing.
Ooh, if Vedder and Cornell loved him he’s in. Is it Andrew Wood? You don’t have to answer ;)

Oh yea…we never leave them alone. When Rudy escapes Martha helps us track him down lol.
No….not him. It’s a totally different kind of artist. Ron grew up with the guy.

Oh ok, I think I know who you are talking about. Is his name Daniel Smith? or something like that?

Yea…close enough…Daniel Johnston…very childlike songs but they click. His story is incredible.
