peony in bloom
firewood stacked
pink blooming sedum 2. tiny jewels!
a small public beach along the inland lake. I rarely see people here. They all go to Lake Michigan.
birds on wires
Looking out of the windows by the lower level children’s play area, I spied 2 swans. Zoomed to get them so detail not good. at fmg
One of the roosters we used to have. He nailed me good on the calf when I turned my back on him (after taking eggs.)
That’s an old pic, but yes the rooster used to be ours. After he nailed me when I turned my back, we rehomed him to a couple who had a lot of chickens. When we bought the “assorted chicks” we were told they were all hens. Ha! I buy the wood pre-seasoned and pre-split.
I like the birds on the wires, and the rhubarb looks like some old ogre face! The collage ??? Howdy Doody, london bridge, Pied piper, tom tom the piper’s son, Alice in wonderland on a mushroom … nursery rhymes or something?
He was good for a rooster in protecting the hen and eggs but not so good to let humans near them. At the end I had to fight him off with a broom. That’s when I said he has to be re-homed. Yes rhubarb does look like ogre face :)
It’s Howdy Doody Time?
Do you thinks those birds are on a party line?
Enjoyed your photos. Thanks for playing the game!!! Judy

Hard to pick a favorite here…birds on the wire? that wonderful sky and deserted beach? I like the collage of course, it looks like a dream. (K)
