Power vs. People
Those who aspire to politics
for power, not people
don’t study ethics, morals,
and integrity. Instead they study
rhetoric, body language, and
which power mongrels [sic] to ally with.
For people politicians, we, the
people, are us, their family.
Acting in our best interests
is their guiding principle.

Here’s hoping we continue to have people politicians willing to serve…and willing to fight… for everyone’s best interests…not just for one side, but for all sides.

Sadly there are not many people politicians out there!
Nicely done, Madam Lisa!

Dale, I agree with you. We are putting a heavy burden on the ones who are, like Bernie, AOC, Mamdani, Gavin, Tim Walz, and others.

It’s awful that the scale is on the side of the scum…

It’s a troubling time in world politics. Many people attracted to public office are morally bankrupt, and those that stand on principles often face threats and violence. It does not seem like a life-giving pursuit to take up.
