Day — OctWriPoMo — Shared Love

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

All of my hosta doubled this year

My Rose of Sharon hit 6 feet this summer

The peonies were so fragrant

The marigolds took over the patch by the garage

I started some red pine from seeds!

Those iris rhizomes you gave me all bloomed!

The tomato seeds from the heirlooms all sprouted

The lilacs doubled after pruning tree last summer

The dahlia show at the gardens was breathtaking

The orchids both have spikes on them!

Aunt Ginny gave me glad bulbs.  Do you want some?

The arbor vitae are thriving in their new location

I love what you did with the southeast corner of your garden

I love what you did with the raised bed in front

Billy asked if he could get some clippings from your blueberry bushes

How were you able to get your wisteria to bloom?

I signed us up for the garden tours in July.

Grandma would love our yards.

I had a beautiful garden at my old place. I had to start over when I moved here in 2011. Every year it gets better. The plants included in this poem are a composite of several gardens I know (knew) and not all mine now. The shared love is the shared love of gardening.
