Saturday

Sun shines diamonds on the morning snow

As it slowly sinks into dark pools

Time to drink a pot of coffee; I’m

Useless today by design. It is a time to

Relax — or to

Do whatever I please

All Saturdays need carte blanche

Yesterday’s reward, today, for a hard week’s work.
