My Top 20 or so Favorite A2Z Blogs

Well, here we are, up to K already in the A2Z.  Out of the 600+ blogs participating, I’ve skimmed the big list and have been reading these 20 or so blogs pretty much every day so far.  Please check them out.  This post will also be an easy way for me to get to them every day through the rest of the challenge.

Anne E.G. Nydam to marvel at her engravings of wondrous mythological creatures and the stories behind them.

Cathy at which is Cathy doing pencil drawings and sometimes coloring them in from The Little Mermaid.

Theresa at who writes beautiful poetry each and every day!

Diary of a Dublin Housewife at who tells it like it is and always makes me smile.

Lael at Heart Style at who has deep wisdom and a wonderful sense of humor.

Teresa at The Haunted Wordsmith at who is a human dynamo who keeps things hopping at her blog with writing and a variety of challenges. Her story of Ace the Pirate Choose your own adventure for the A2Z has been so much fun to follow along with.

Richa at iScribbler at has chosen female empowerment for her theme, which I love. Richa has a wonderful blog and is so supportive to her blogging community!

Paula at is another human dynamo who has her finger on the pulse of the blogging community. She is sharp, honest, and one of the hardest working bloggers out there. Her A2Z theme is romantic movies and novels. Great reviews, Paula!

Namy Says So Her theme is to take a famous poet’s poem and write one in the same style. Namy is a stellar poet, one of the best out there!

Jim Adams at has a creature feature every day for his theme. Who knew there were so many beasties out there!? Jim does excellent research for his posts and gives a complete picture of his topic.

Barbara at always has something interesting at her blog. Her theme this year is a little of this and a little of that. Don’t forget to check out the chickens and the box!

Liam at who watches documentaries and does reviews on them. Since I love documentaries I always enjoy reading about new ones.

Fandango at One of my favorite blogs and one of the big hubs of my neck of the woods in WP. Fandango has integrity and maintains several quality challenges. His A2Z theme is this and that and often involves politics and values clarification.

Carrie at Carrie’s A2Z theme is old-time movie stars. Biographies of people back in the silent film days. Lots of cool pictures and always interesting!

Kevin at always good poetry and often humor.

Uniquely Maladjusted but Fun at is telling a chapter a day on an adventurous tale of a woman named Liz who encounters ghosts, creatures, and old flames in her quest to find the right roommate. It’s a story you get hooked into pretty quickly.  (mature themes)

John at lots of musical type posts and techie stuff. His A2Z theme is words including the letter “x”.

The Articulate Image at which is one gorgeous photograph and one complementary poem a day. Beautiful site!

Dolly at There’s always a party going on at Dolly’s. Lots of music videos and a Christmas atmosphere.

Thank you so much for this list! What a cool idea! I think I’ve missed these folks-minus Richa, she’s one of the first blogs I started reading and she is just the ginchiest <3- so I'm grateful to you for introducing me to them.
I'm also honoured and touched to find myself listed here ❤ You've got me feeling all squishy in my heart. I really enjoy reading your posts and am glad to have met you.
