This is a modified abecedarian poem.

So be creative, use any type of lists. I recommend writing the first list freely, and then write your poem from that first list. Let it grow, and be inspired by rhymes and metaphors.

Very nice guitar playing and singing of that ballad about the 1952 Vincent by Richard Thompson. The words that stand out for me from that are red hair and black leather.

Wow, you are way out there with this one. Just reading it, I picked up on a motorcycle open road trip, and the music of Steppenwolf came to mind, The music you linked to just enhanced the message; so cool.

The list is about motorcycles but I used them as a metaphor. Either way works. Glad you liked it, Glenn!

Sounds like Richard was the wild one!! I am surprised that Ralph Nadar did not classify motorcycles as ” unsafe at any speed!”

Wonderful flow and rhythm which lends itself to the bike on the open road. I especially like the last three lines, that’s how I feel when I get on my bike.

felt my two wheel freedom with some zen in this one Lisa … I rode bikes for years! Still ride the bicycle but no interest in dancing with danger on the roads :)
