Welcome to another installment of Movies, Movies, Movies! Sorry this is a whole day late, and even sorrier that there are no films that were reviewed this week. I’ve been caught up in yard work, seedling planting and monitoring, and a mesmerizing series now on Netflix called, “The Sinner.” Each of the 3 seasons are 8 episodes long and each season focuses on one “sinner.” Each season has the sinner detectivized by the same detective, who really gets into his cases. I love the way it shows the level of dedication it takes to connect with the obviously guilty party and figure out what’s really going on. I’m 6 episodes into the 3rd season and biting my nails off to see how it ends, as well as hoping more seasons are made.
The major distractor this past week or so has been my daughter in-law’s labor and delivery of my very first grandchild, a baby girl. Because of covid all visitors are prohibited at the hospital. I’ve seen pictures of exhausted mama, relieved son, and the most precious bundle of joy ever to visit this world. She has a head of dark hair and she looks like a little princess in her flannel receiving blanket that flows out like a robe.
Again, apologies for missing episode. I’ll try to be back on track next week.
