There has to be a way of combining the two. but they probably won’t spend the money. Our house is in the middle of 3 acres and we have wild life all over…but we are not in the middle of a development like you said.

When they bulldoze down all of the trees an ecosystem crumbles. They bulldozed down a swath last week for another home site less than a mile from here. I can smell the ripped up trees when I ride by on my bike. Nothing left but sand :(
