A repost from last year (and will probably be posted next year as well.)
The beautiful simplicity of the animation, the tender-hearted magic of the story, and the music make this one of my all-time favorite holiday films. If you haven’t seen it, please take the time to do it.
Thanks Jade. Have a merry Christmas! (K)

Hope you have a great weekend Lisa – I am watching one of my favourite films right now “Singing In The Rain” and reading all the comments from bloggers on CARAMEL’S COCKTAIL CLUB. It is really cheering me up!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, Caramel. I just dropped over to “the club” and may be back later. Happy Holidays to You.

❤ Hey Lisa!!! It's been so fun to see all the comments today! It has definitely cheered me up. I have been chatting to Jack this morning and various relatives this afternoon. Sad not to be with them. But it is already dark here and I have a sense that the day is almost over and I will be glad to be tucked up in bed reading Paula Lights latest book!
I hope you have had a great day – enjoy the rest of the weekend too. ❤

Now that I can watch stuff from the computer on the TV it’s been wonderful.

Oh you cast it…I do that a lot. What I have set up for years is a computer just dedicated to movies and Tv shows…and I can browse through them and play what I want…I am DVD free now….I rip all of them to files.
Well now that I bored you lol.

Ah, so that’s what it’s called. I hear you on the DVD situation. I don’t rip them (outside of my knowledge) but most everything I watch now is on streaming or borrowed on DVD from the library. I rarely play any of my DVDs and rarely buy new ones anymore. Question: how can you “cast” the sound from the computer to the tv? Right now I just turn the soundbar up on the computer and listen to it that way, but I would prefer listening through the TV’s soundbar.

There are chrome plugin’s….if you get on youtube…you just click the plugin and the youtube video and sound is on your tv.
Here is a link… https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7640706?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

I went to that link on chrome but I don’t see a plugine or that “cast” icon? Where is it at on the screen or settings?

I got the extension and it does not transfer sound to the TV. I think the problem is that I use a sound bar instead of my TV’s volume broken (bought a faulty product from a shady place off of ebay and could not get a refund without paying hundreds of dollars to ship it back to CA.) I don’t know if there is a way to connect the sound bar that I use for computer to the sound bar I use for my TV?

Let me think about this Lisa…when I get home I’m going to plug my USB headphones in my computer and cast it to the television and see what goes on. It might be….just guessing…something simple by just changing your default sound to something else.

One quesiton Lisa…. do you have a device you are using or is it just your computer and the tv. In other words they make a device called chromecast that does it also…just wondering.

I have a wireless verizon internet device that works with both tv and computer. I have computer and TV linked together via an hdmi cable. I changed display setting on computer to mirror/duplicate screen (not sure exact name) on the TV. That’s all I have.

Oh ok….I thought you were doing it wirelessly. Ok that gives me something to go on.
