random acts of kindness

kind note on the pizza box 20230306_140903

Last week when out and about doing errands, I did the drive-thru at Little Caesar’s and got their lunch special which is 4 squares of pizza and a 20-oz pop.  They are always friendly at this drive-thru.  Getting home, sitting in front of the computer, and opening up the box, this is what I found.

eyes open wide
“awww” and surprised smile follow
sun breaks through clouds

  3. That’s great. A random act of kindness, even if it’s a small gesture, can make a difference. A friendly smile, holding a door for somebody, stop the car to allow somebody to cross the street…none of these acts require anything extraordinary, just a tiny bit of thoughtfulness. Imagine if most folks would do that. It really would add up and help make life more pleasant for all of us!

That is awesome…it’s like good karma. When Jen is a Starbucks…in the drive through line she sometimes buys for the person behind us…it’s always great to be positive toward other people.
