Depending on who is measuring and how (e.g. median vs mean) corporate CEOs in the US are paid 400-600 times (670 times for the largest 300 corporations, per a study by The Guardian) what their workers are paid. This does NOT measure CEO pay compared to the lowest worker pay, but (usually) to the median – meaning half of workers are paid less than that. For comparison, in the Mondragón worker co-ops in Spain, the CEO’s pay is limited to 6 times the lowest paid worker.
