Beneath bluebird there’s no sun
but run barefoot
believe almost anything
warmth and bliss only this
essential light vibration our soul

Bluebirds are my favorites, I can’t help it. No wonder why they are a symbol for happiness.

I can see why. I mean how can you not feel good looking at these cute birds and their pretty colors! :-)

Running barefoot feels so good–not much of that in the city! But I’m smiling to think about it. (K)

Kerfe, I think back to when I was younger and I was always barefoot, inside and outside. As I have put on weight my flat feet became a problem. Now I rarely go without shoes with my orthotic inserts :( I do think shoes put a barrier between grounding energy from the earth.

I never wear shoes in the house. But I remember as a child always running barefoot outside in the summer.

Just like another comment…the running barefoot sounds great through grass. It’s a great feeling. I like the last line as well “essential light vibration our soul”

Max, thank you. I used to be barefoot all of the time probably until my 40s. Now my flat feet have turned traitor :(

My sister would walk barefoot everywhere…even in the snow. My mom would go crazy when she done that lol.

Snow is where I draw a line :) She probably had some good, thick callouses on the bottoms of her feet.

Just running barefoot is enough to bring happiness!

Yes! I love the feeling of grass between my toes. I’m an official tenderfoot anymore though, so no stony or gravely surfaces anymore.

I do, too. I just can’t really walk barefoot anymore. My podiatrist said no. However, as the ground is usually uneven, my feet better handle than a hard wood or ceramic floor.

Dale, I understand about walking barefoot. My feet are flat and as I’ve put on weight, it has made it painful body-wide (no pun intended) to do it. I put my orthotics in any shoes/slippers I wear now and it works well. Sorry you have some issues with your feet. It’s not fun.

My arches have fallen as well. I used to wear a size 8.5-9 and now am a 10! Da hell???
I had orthotics but then a recurring pain was calling me grief. Finally got laser treatment and might consider getting new orthotics in the future should I need to.

I hear you on feet growing; mine also 1.5 size increase and mine were big to begin with :( Those orthotics aren’t cheap either! I had to pay for mine in installments.

What the hell is up with that? I just can’t understand it.
No, they’re not. I was lucky, my neighbour was my podiatrist and I got them for $300 cash. But I changed podiatrists because I had a feeling I wasn’t being treated properly. Which I wasn’t. Ugh.

Dale so sorry to hear your neighbor didn’t do right by you.

I think there are those who want to try to fix the problem and others who want to take the easy way out. This new one took an ultrasound and saw my inflammation (doesn’t show on x-rays – which he took) I don’t think it was I’ll intended and maybe I was worse now than before.
