While a ghost’s laughter sounds a bit creepy, at least your protagonist is at a pleasant location.

In this case the ghost is haunting her in a very depressing way. Why she chose to go back to that place without him is a mystery. Yes, maybe it is the pleasant location :)

Yes, it does, Stacey, especially today in light of a major snowstorm that is blasting us right now. Was just out in it and it was the worst driving day EVER in my almost 50 years of driving. Seriously! I’m home now until the tire store calls and tells me my new tire is in.
