Georges Seurat, “The Bank of the Seine”
Each morning I make my way
to the water. Sun climbs above
trees on the far bank as locals
fill in spaces on knolls
and in and upon the river.
Strangers to each other,
yet all comfortable
in our appreciation of
nature’s welcome.

Nature joins us all together, we who appreciate it and all it offers!

We have a place near a bridge where people go to swim and just hang out.

I love that kind of harmony. I wish I could live near a river or lake or pond at some point in my life.
