in life’s boil;
but if we sit,
singing, cool & sweet
like spring water,
a symphony whispers.

Wise advice. It’s so hard for me to be still. I keep working on it. (K)

Even a minute can make a difference. Sometimes I just close my eyes and let them rest.

When I’m doing my stretching, right before I do my balance exercises, I try to just stand still for a minute with my eyes closed. It’s very hard for me, every time. Which is why I know I need to keep doing it.
