We, going north
on the bike path, neared
two teens, heading south,
on mini-bikes.
Son said they’re banned
from any unmotored path.
Better that than doing
B & E’s or drugs, I thought.
We all waved to each other
as we passed.
Later, at an ice cream shoppe,
we watched
a pudgy pre-teen with a
backpack mule drugs.

Nice post 🌺🌺

Here I am…going way off topic…that painting…Jen’s aunt that passed did paintings just like that…I scanned some and made them business card size for Jennifer and laminated them. It’s remarkable how a like they are.
Well…he was right about that being better than drugs!

Very cool about Jennifer’s aunt. Will you email me a painting of hers so I can see it?
