I needed to know my weight.
Why doesn’t matter.
The digital scale’s 9v was dead,
which shows how long it’s been
since I faced the horror of the beast.
When oooo marched across screen
again, I clenched my jaw, imagined
myself as a cloud – and stepped on.
Twenty-seven pounds … less.
Body dysmorphia is a bitch, but
today this bitch put a beat-down on her.

It had been a LONG while since weighing myself. Glad I’m headed in the right direction. It’s a never-ending battle, isn’t it.

It is Lisa…I was doing good until it got really hot and I stopped walking as much…now I have to start back again. I have to get me a treadmill.

I don’t like walking to begin with, so a treadmill is a no-go here. If you bundle up you can walk outside year-round…

Yea…the cold doesn’t bother me…it’s the 95 with the humidity… but my next goal is to get a treadmill… I did walk this weekend at the Dam with Martha.

She does Jennifer but I’ve worked with her…BUT she did something yesterday that I had to jump on her and hurt her feelings.
Jen fixed me a huge piece of chicken…it was on the counter. I told her I would come back for it…came back it the chicken was gone but the dressing was still there. I confirmed Bailey or Jennifer didn’t get it….and here comes Martha licking her chops….ARGGGGGGG… she put her head down and all of that with me telling her..but yea I was upset lol.
