Every Tuesday fmg stays open until 9pm. In October, they have a glow garden, which is a path that starts at a main artery and meanders through wooded pathways that lead to the reproduction of Lena Meijer’s childhood farmhouse and farm. The trees are lit up, and at least two pumpkin artists have been busy filling the trail with glowing critters and other things. I’ll post more pics of the pumpkin art closer to Halloween. Today is all about the lights. I took a video this past Tuesday and added a soundtrack to it. Hoping you enjoy the place as much as we have been.

They’ve got a big mum exhibit going on there also, which the above pic is from. Always something fun going on at the gardens.

Not sure if you saw those “little lights running”? That was my granddaughter running. They found some clip-on lights for her Crocs. Pretty cool and easy to see her in the dark.

Glad you like them. They have them all over the place right now. That wall is amazing. They also have what look like upside down tomato cages full of small gourds. Next year (or maybe even this year yet) I want to do one for the yard.

It’s good to be outside at night, wandering trails. They also have live music going on in 2 different places there, one on the big stage and one at the farmhouse. The one at the farmhouse has been a guy or small group with guitars.
