dreaming kwan yin (2021)
You have reached a quiet bamboo grove, where you will find an eclectic mix of nature, music, writing, and other creative arts. Tao-Talk is curated by a philosophical daoist who has thrown the net away.

Loving your assonance and rhyme here. But my favorite element is that centered “Here”…perfection.

Shapely, tasty work, Li, even though I not a pea eater unless it’s whirled peas which I’ve been praying for my whole life…

You are too clever for me. I love the shape of this poem, a beautifully curved female body, showing the two necessary sides of her that must come to play when necessary

“Middlin’s construct” likely refers to Middlin Landscape Construction, a high-end residential landscaping company in Melbourne, Australia. The company is owned by Ash Middlin and has been operating for over 15 years, specializing in a wide range of landscaping services including paving, decking, stonework, and poolscapes.
Or maybe not?
So I had to give up seeking some overall meaning and just sink into the words and phrases, upon which it became delightful.
Loved your choice of music too.

Rosemary, middlin’s construct is a phrase that has nothing to do with a construction company in AUS, sorry :) Glad you found it delightful and enjoyed the musical selection.

Well, it’s nice to have it demonstrated that AI can be so wide of the mark! LOL.

Haha! The day I battle with AI and it wins will be a sad day for me. Middlin’s construct to me means shaving off extremist views and building something of moderation that can work to build peace.

I like that it starts with soul and ends in dreams. And a whole world to discover between. (K)
