Earlier in the week, all of the snow had melted. It started again a couple of days ago and hasn’t stopped since. It is steady and heavy. Spring seems so far away.
cold, ever visiting
impossible to ignore
bones creak in the wind
I’ve been trying, Dwight. Sleeping 10 hours a day curled in a warm bed (2-hr nap and 8 at night.) This stuff is getting old fast. I want to be out on my bike in the sun!
Brrrrrr!
It’s 17, winds 12mph, with windchill feels like 4, has not stopped snowing and supposed to continue snowing until at least Friday. I’ve had enough! Snowed in right now but not going out there to clear driveway with the windchill factor being like it is.
Oh no, Max, that’s low for Nashville, isn’t it?
It’s 20F here right now. Supposed to snow for the next 7 days (that’s how far out my weather app goes) at least. Kids were supposed to come in to town to go bowling today, but I messaged them not to, maybe next weekend.
Actually, we have got below zero and usually at least once or twice a winter we get below zero. I sure hope it snows here so we can stay home and work.
So…the overnight forecast was just for snow showers. We got three inches. Heavy. Wet. Not easily navigated. However, the sun came out here mid-day. The birds started chirping. We’re all good. Tomorrow? Let us not speak of tomorrow…we’ll see.😊❄️
Jules it’s actually warmer here today than it’s been in awhile, at 26F. Wind at 16 mph which is blowing the snow over where I just plowed. I think we’ve gotten a good foot of snow. Good luck on what is coming your way.

Cindy, I know you’re in the middle of summer, so it may be hard for you to relate to it. It’s friggin freezing out there!

Cheryl, would love to package some of this up and send it your way. The birds and squirrels and I have had enough of it.

Thanks much, Sadje. The onslaught continues here. Down in single digits in temp and 20mph winds. Enough already!

I’m sure it is a bit colder where you are. We are due for heavy snow this weekend. It was 2F this morning.
