beauty must never wind us bitter
its apparatus tongues dream sweat
like sweet summer storm licks rose
please drunken fiddle, music me;
show why ugly beat is a lie
beneath honeyed symphony of light
My message from The Oracle today, through magnetic poetry.

While just out in the kitchen making (a late) lunch, The Analogue’s Sideshow (band doing non-Beatles music) song, “Magnetic Fields” came to me, and at a perfect time. The Analogues, from The Netherlands, are considered THE BEST Beatles cover band of all time, and I agree. They’ve meticulously studied Beatles music, making sure they have the right instruments, etc. They’ve performed live music the Beatles never did.
“Magnetic Fields” is off of their album of original music. It may be my favorite cut off of it.

very beautiful Li 💜💜💜

Really love this! I have those poetry tiles on my fridge and mostly the adult children leave me cryptic messages…but I might start playing around with them. I like what you’re doing.

Bridgette, very cool. I have sets at home also that I use from time to time. Thanks on the poem. Yes on cryptic messages.

At first I thought it was the group Magnetic Fields…but this has a nice countryish sound.
As to beauty…I keep reading about 20 year olds having plastic surgery, trying to look like the Instagram ideal. Both men and women. The screen has distorted everything about humanity. It’s the variety that is beautiful. (K)

Yes, variety is the beauty of it. I saw that even Brad Pitt had plastic surgery. WHY!?!? I know he has a young girlfriend, but not a good enough reason. I also just read he fell off the wagon.

I really don’t understand it. What’s the point, to end up looking like a cartoon version of everyone else?
