her supervisor gave her a “5”
and sent the eval to admin
for signature. Admin sent it
back, unsigned, and said
nobody’s perfect. Always room
for improvement. That sentiment
most certainly applies to admin.

With the ratings charts if you exceed expectations you rate a 5. If you exceed expectations in all areas, you deserve a 5 as far as I can see it. Thing is the employees never get to critique their supervisors…
