Day 21 — OctWriPoMo — Nothing Remains the Same

GEDSC DIGITAL CAMERA

After so many paralyzing ruminations, yet

Before being able to talk myself out of action

Came the revelation that I can

Do whatever I choose as a path on this

Earth.  That well-worn, logical options aren’t always the best.

Fear, the consummate servant of the psyche

Grasps me by the throat, and says, “obey.”

Historically chained to the brainwashing of

Institutions and

Judicial rulings, but

Knowing deep within my soul, and by

Listening to the Howls of Wolf Mothers,

My heart drew a line in the sand and said, “enough.”

Now is the adventure ahead, to throw this, that, and the

Other into the trunk and drive.

Please don’t ask me where I’m going.

Questions these days don’t have answers.

Rest easy though.  I will be safe.

Safer than safe.

The Mysterious Mother is giving me her

Undivided attention.

Veils shall be lifted.

Wonders shall appear.

Xtreme acts shall – and shall not – follow.

You will see me on the flip side.  You will see.

Zumba Zumba cha cha cha.

I love this! It is such inspiring self-talk and a message to all others as well. This struck me:
“Knowing deep within my soul, and by

Listening to the Howls of Wolf Mothers,” (And then there were so many others, too). Thank you. xoA
