David Byrne Shares True Stories From 1986’s True Stories — Consequence of Sound

This is a very nice write-up on a movie I used to own on VHS until I moved in 2011.  I think I gave my kids all of the VHS tapes, so it’s probably still around somewhere.  Watching it back in 1986 it was surreal and cheesy but some of the characters within it were REAL and I don’t mean actual people, but people with hearts and visions for themselves.  I only watched it a few times, but it absolutely is a time capsule. David Byrne also directs!
