Fandango’s FOWC is variety and the Word of the Day Challenge is humble.
Jumble, the humble honey bee
lived in a hollow of a tree
with humble buzzing family
who traveled ’round for variety
*
Such flowers found as ’round they flew
The pink ones, orange ones, purple, blue,
From each the pollen gathered to
Create honey for them and you
*
When sun shines warm flowers do sing
With notes from which pollen takes wing
Jumble and Kin retrieve with a zing
Harvesting sun’s their favorite thing
Lovely. I’m looking forward to seeing signs of spring and lots of bees (I have a lot of bee-friendly plants and my garden is normally buzzing with bees.)

❤ The bees need all the help they can get. So happy you are helping them out. The previous owners of this place made sure there are a lot of things for them here also.
