John sat across the table from me; paper was ready. A look of triumph distorted his usual sour expression.

“Ms. Smith, once you sign, you’re admitting gross insubordination and will no longer work here.”

I held up a DVD.

“Not signing. Judge will want to see your hand on my ass.”
