Today’s Celtic letter “U” is dedicated YO(U), my readers and blogmates. I appreciate each and every one of U.
I picked up three The Killers albums from the library today and listened to one tonight. I’ll be frank when I say that some of the 17 songs (70:12-worth) on it sound generic and grating, but some of them are really good.

“Who Let You Go?” is a song from the Hot Fuss sessions in 2003.
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
I feel it inside
Down in my soul
And I just can’t hide things
These things I know
We could be friends
And I promise that it won’t get bad
But hopefully that story ends
But you ain’t got nothing I never had
So let’s take it slow
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Someone must have loved you
Not the way that I do
You’re missing what I’m trying to say
Ain’t nothing getting in my way
So tell me that’s fantastic
And promise me, you’ll always sigh
I find it so romantic
When you look into my beautiful eyes
And lose control
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who let you go?
Who. Let. You. Go?
I don’t know
What it means
But I’ve been wondering
Who let you go?
And honey
When you walk my way
It makes me wanna say
Oh
Sha-la-la-lo, sha-la-la-lo
Sha-la-la-lo, sha-la-la-lo

It has a nice power pop feel to it. I really like this.

Cool 🙂 It’s amazing to me that this was their 3rd album and already had a double-length’s worth of out-takes, etc. It took PJ a long time to have enough for Lost Dogs.

That is a lot of outtakes! They were on a roll being that productive. I’ve heard some of them… I will listen to more.
