I mowed the yard less than 2 weeks ago, but the weather has made it grow like weeds. It was a scorcher out there so I waited until around 6pm to mow, then immediately jumped in the shower as I saw the creeping menace of poison ivy all along the edge of the lawn along the front ditch. I needed to run one errand and decided to take a drive out by the lake (Lake MI.) My timing was perfect as the sun was setting; what a beauty it was!
What a wonderful view. Thanks for sharing Li

You are welcome, Sadje. Pictures capture but a piece of its beauty.

So true. No camera can catch what the eye can see.

Very nice! I never tire of taking or seeing great sunset (or sunrise) pix. Like one of your readers commented, the camera never QUITE matches the real beauty but they come close! Used to like Fuji slide films way way back for getting the vibrancy – digital doesn’t quite get there.

This was also on my phone instead of the other camera, but both of them are digital and so limited. Glad you liked them, Dave.
