Interesting article about how climate change is effecting coastal areas in LA.  It may be just the start.  I don’t think buying any property too near to any water at this point in time is a good idea…

    After the Nashville flood, I never would buy anything near water…although that is a completely different situation.

      Water is water, be it a lake, a river, or an ocean. It is rising everywhere.
