Merging chakras
stretching spine
draw the qi down
from mother sky
pull qi up from
earth father’s core
heart-mind clear slate
all sea, no shore
astronaut, i’m
one with all, OM
Energy emanates from this photo that I tried to siphon from and into words.
Carrie is this week’s host of The Sunday Muse.
I can feel the stretch, the release, and the peace your poem brings. Truly lovely Lisa!

A beautiful way of showing the strength of qi that emanates from both their
domain top and bottom. Love the new words, Jade!
