      It’s vitally important information. What one of the speakers talks about is how the State Department of Human Services are simply another form of removing Indian Children from their parents and tribes that the boarding schools were doing before. This removal of Indian Children from their families has been going on for more than 5 generations now! It also talks about how the Federal Indian Child Welfare Act is in the process of being seriously challenged by some very unwholesome groups in the State of TX right now in hopes to have it ruled as unconstitutional.

      Yes, it is! As the dark forces have assembled on that side, on the side of light, they have convinced some of the tribes to fund an intervenement on it. This case is BIG. I don’t think the oral arguments will be starting until summer, IF it gets “authorized” as being a valid suit.
