Geometric shapes
filled with orderly patterns
inform my seeing;
universality of
this and that expressed.

Colleen Chesebro is the host of Tanka Tuesday, with an ekphrastic prompt, an image by Reena Saxena.  This is my first time (iirc) participating in the Tanka Tuesday.  I wrote a tanka, but I think the prompt is open to more than tanka.  I played it safe and also wrote what Reena’s image said to me.
