      YES IT IS. They are trying also to build a tunnel with a pipeline (Line 5) from Canada (Enbridge is a Canadian corporation) under the straits of Mackinac here.

            Yea…I’ve read where people were complaining calling it sludge…I think that is what they were talking about. If it leaked it would ruin everything around it.
