Thank you :) The bread turned out so well also. The sourdough bread I buy is almost $5/loaf now. Cheaper to make my own and very healthy with no artificial anything in it. It lasts forever also and is resistant to mold.

Yea I noticed that last week when I went to Publix to get my lunch that week. A loaf of sourdough has gone way up since before covid…along with the deli!
