REVIEW: “Women Talking” (2022) — Keith & the Movies

I watched “Women Talking” last night and was deeply impacted by it.  Keith Garlington at Keith & the Movies is the blog I go to for movie reviews.  Keith also has an extensive archive of his movie reviews.  I went there and found the one he did on it.  Here it is and I urge every person reading to not only read Keith’s review but to go out and find the movie and watch it.  Men need to stop hurting women and children under a “heavenly mandate” and women and children who are being hurt need to seek out supportive communities.  Please, anyone reading who hurts women or children, please stop.  Anyone being hurt, please seek support to gather the resources to make it stop.

It is and it is. It’s what women — and children — deal with on an ongoing basis.

      1. It’s completely horrible, no matter the context. It’s even more disgusting if it occurs under the guise of religion!

      1. I’ll have to see how I can watch it because it won’t get a theatrical release here. It was available on Prime during the Oscar week but not now.
I will surely need Kleenex. Thanks for the heads up.
