one Spring afternoon;
his scissor end but delayed —
hot and sour must be made.
Imagine my surprise and delight when I was cutting up dried shiitake mushrooms for a batch of sweet and sour soup and found this. What are the odds?

Ha! Part of my challenge is my bloody glasses no longer work as well as they used to do!😆 Which also is a good reminder I should go for a long overdue exam! And get new glasses. I kind of have a love-hate relationship with them and generally prefer not to wear it!
