That is like a positive mantra I need on a huge poster the size of my wall! Sometimes its hard, but remembering to smile can help.

The first thing I saw was the image of the smiling frog, Lisa, which made me smile, despite my sorrow, and proves your point: ‘when you’re lost…down a dark hole…find a way to smile’. I love the hopeful glow of the lines:
‘sun sear through
clouds. gold gleam
on snow’.

Yes Li. Nature can always lift the spirits. I love the pictures of the plant and the frog 🥰
When I get to feel that way I look at reels of baby elephants. That soon has me laughing! 🤣❤️

The Life Of Chuck video was excellent, Lisa. Mrs. B has specifically requested we give that film a view. That scene certainly will generate smiles in anyone who sees it. The frog certainly seems to have enjoyed it! We should find our way to smiles whenever we can.😊

Bruce, you and Mrs. B will love it. It’s the kind of movie you want to watch again and again. Using smiles for respite is so much better than other ways of coping.

Life of Chuck was one of those movies I was going to see, but I never got to it. It’s in one of my queues . . .

I ended up watching the movie from the beginning and enjoyed it very much. They really took the perfect kids to play the older Tom Hiddleston, didn’t they? I love the intertwining of everything. Good stuff!

Yes, they did. I loved that badass drummer also. And Mark Hamill as grandpa was awesome.
