Recently seen, a place to celebrate as a community: Critter Cove. The work that has gone into these is stunning.
Tao-Talk
You have reached a quiet bamboo grove, where you will find an eclectic mix of nature, music, writing, and other creative arts. Tao-Talk is curated by a philosophical daoist who has thrown the net away.
Wow! Nice!! I like Buck an Roy… miss them now that they are gone!

Naturally, I like the mandolin playing skeletons the best! 😆
We don’t celebrate Halloween in my family. My wife as a Jehovah Witness doesn’t like the pagan origin, while my son was never interested. I don’t care about Halloween either, though I don’t mind if others celebrate it.
Halloween wasn’t a thing at all when I grew up in Germany in the ’70s and ’80s. In my region, we had something similar called “St. Martin” where kids would make lanterns and go from house to house in the evening and sing St. Martin songs to get candy. Unlike Halloween, St. Martin has a biblical origin. There’s also treating only, no tricking.
Happy Halloween! :-)

Christian, I remember you talking about some of this before. Each chooses their own way. That’s one of the things I like about Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, the US Senate candidate for MI, he has repeatedly said he doesn’t care who you pray for or if you pray at all, he stands for your right to choose.
Halloween has become my favorite holiday, as it doesn’t expect much except to have a good time. You can fly your freak flag and it’s ok. Hope you enjoy your Saturday, with or without punkins and eeriness.

I wish certain individuals who should know would remember: Freedom of religion means the right to pray to any God or not to pray!
And, btw, I do like pumpkin-flavored coffees, even though they are ridiculously overpriced! :-)

Hear hear! Cool on the pumpkin flavored coffee. There is a local fast food place that is selling pumpkin shakes right now and ooh they are soooo good. I think they have actual pumpkin in them, thick and creamy tasting. Now I want to go get one lol

Happy Halloween! Have a fun day! I like your photos of all the pumpkin arrangements. Lots of fun ideas they put together. And super songs to listen to, too. :)
