Both Biden and Sanders have longer and more consistent histories than either Warren or Buttigieg. But while the former has spent his career defending corporate interests, the latter’s history is unabashedly progressive. Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt. Never heard of her, and without name recognition she doesn’t have a chance. What do you like best about her?

The field of presidential hopeful candidates is down to just eight now and this includes Joe Biden, Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, Andrew Yang, Michael Bloomberg and Cory Booker. Biden leads with 24%, followed closely by Sanders at 22%. Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren is third with 17%, followed by South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg at 13%, all together making up a clear top tier of four candidates. Entrepreneur Andrew Yang is fifth with 5%; former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar and New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker all pull in 4%.

Good info to know. If the American People pull their heads out of their …. we might have a Decent President with Vision in the Oval Office. I can see Sanders being another FDR, maybe even better!

I don’t think people are open-minded enough or progressive enough to back Bernie. I think in the end he just scares them–especially due to the negativity opposition spins so easily about “attacking capitalism” and “socialism” as a bad word and these people just want to give free money to the poor, etc. etc. It’s not good about the heart attack, either. And the other candidates running really don’t stand out very much. It’s not a great representation, in my opinion. I am happy about one thing, though. I’m glad Kamala dropped out. She’s put so many ethnic people in jail–often wrongly–that she must have realized she had 0% chance with them as voters.

I pray that fear of another 4 years of bozo will make them set aside their groundless fears about Bernie.

Thank you for this great post, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it! I have recently published an article on my blog with my thoughts on Bernie Sanders from an outsider’s perspective. If you have time, it would be great if you could check out my post and let me know your thoughts! Thanks 🙂
