Thanks for sharing this, Jim. I’m very familiar with this album and this video. “If it’s a mirror you want, look into my eyes. Or a whippin’ boy, someone to despise. I know what you mean. I’d love to be a puppy for a day, running and playing, chewing on things, licking people’s faces, rolling in the grass, chasing butterflies…

This lifts the spirits, frees me up! I like and use Happy Colour too, distracts me from covid anxieties.

I’m very glad the poem freed you up :) Paula, who does the prompt, uses it. In 2019 I did one coloring (hard copy with pencils and gel pens) each day. It was very relaxing and before covid. My wrist started to feel pain so had to give it up.

:) I bought 3 “pinks” plants on clearance this summer. Two are thriving and one is under one of the tomato plants and hopefully still alive. Pinks are as close to cinnamon in the garden as you can get. I pull blossoms and breathe in the smell.
