Fantastic choice. Cream have become one of my all-time favorite bands. I do not know this particular album, but the playlist looks great. Annoyingly, it’s not in the library of my streaming music provider, but luckily there’s YouTube, so will check it out there! 🙂

So glad you like the choice, Christian and that they rank up there for you. Yes, I think they are all out there on youtube 🙂

I didn’t know that’s what N.S.U. stood for. Eew… Love this band – too bad they couldn’t stand each other.

I didn’t either! I think Eric got around… From my readings, it was mostly Jack and Ginger who had the most issues with each other. I remember seeing some doc or reading where Eric left because he couldn’t stand the bickering and hooked up with Steve Winwood, but then Ginger followed…

I somehow missed your post on this one. Great choice of course! Hans mentioned the top 500 albums today…you feel the same way I do…Sgt Pepper dropped from #1 to #24…how can I take that serious? Revolver is not even in the top ten.

If they think just because they tossed the seasoned editors out and replaced them with young graduates who choose fluff to glorify will mean more people pay money for their magazine, they are going to be disappointed. Publications depend on different ratios of advertising and paid subscriptions to survive. If less buy it, they fill it with more advertisement. More advertisement means less content. Less content means less desirable to buy.

I know I shouldn’t care but I do…because I grew up with the magazine but that is alright…we know!
